In the garden: The Gilroy Demonstration Garden, located on Eigleberry Street between Sixth and Seventh streets will hold its Garden Craft Faire from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday. They will make holiday crafts and ornaments using recycled materials. There is no charge to make crafts, but they ask that you bring a non perishable item for St. Joseph’s Family Center. The folks from the Gilroy Senior Center will sell hand made goods and quilts. Also Patti Tartaglia, owner of The Food Fixx, will serve curried pumpkin and apple soup. Details: 829-9692.

School of wonder: Enjoy food, fun, shopping and activities at the Luigi Aprea Winter Wonderland from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the school’s multi-purpose room, 9225 Calle Del Rey. Holiday boutique No. 1: Find all kinds of gifts from Saturday at the Ballroom at the Forest Park Inn, 375 Leavesley Road. There will be raffles throughout the day for prizes. The event is free for spectators and $25 or $50 for vendors. Details: 832-3498,

Holiday boutique No. 2: Community Christian Church, 305 W. Main Ave., Morgan Hill, will hold its Christmas boutique from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. There will be hand-crafted items, apple cider and a raffle drawing every hour. Proceeds from the raffle go toward the mission trip to Kenya. Details: Kim at 686-0800.

It’s Christmas music time: South Valley Symphony under guest conductor Brant Ruggles will hold its “A-Caroling We Will Go” concert and sing-along at 4 p.m. Sunday at Gavilan College Theater, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd. Admission prices for this event are $20 for adults and seniors.
