The Anchorpoint Christian boys basketball team put an end to a four-game losing streak in Coastal Athletic League play with a 56-28 victory over Kirby Prep on Monday night.
Josiah Wylie posted a monster double-double with 23 points and 15 rebounds to pace all players in those categories. Teammate Kelon Jacobs contributed 15 points and 10 rebounds. The Warriors, who are now 2-5 in league, are back on the floor Friday night at 7 p.m. at Anzar High. Anchorpoint won the previous meeting between the two clubs, 35-31, on Jan. 10.
