“I drove by a road work site on Main Street near El Toro School in Morgan Hill. The work crew had put up a large orange sign that said ‘Men at Work.’ These work trucks had the City of Morgan Hill logo on the side. Women can and do work in construction nowadays, as well as serve as Secretary of State, CEOs and now can even engage in combat for the U.S. military. Isn't it about time to retire these antiquated ‘Men at Work’ signs and replace them with ‘Workers Ahead’ or something less offensive?”
"I am unsure what happened with Antdawg and the contract he had with Gilroy Health and Fitness, but it seems that he was deliberately kicked out of the gym. Our children are now left without a coach. We parents signed up our kids to the facility to practice under Antdawg. I want some answers from the facility. More than 50 kids are affected by this horrible injustice. I am now in a contract for 12 months with four more months remaining. I signed up my daughter to attend MMA with Antdawg not any other coach."
Dear Red Phone: "There was a race here in Morgan Hill and it came past my house on Oak Glen Avenue. It was such a total mess as far as traffic control went. There were huge groups of runners forcing cars into the oncoming traffic lanes. Oak Glen is a very twisty, country road, narrow with double yellow lines. This is totally unacceptable. Who do I complain to so that next time this race occurs, there's appropriate law enforcement to deal with the issues of traffic control? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you."
