Meet Karen Kondazian, author of “The Whip,” at 2 p.m. Aug. 15 at the Morgan Hill Library. “The Whip” is inspired by the true story of Charley Parkhurst, a famous stagecoach driver for during the California Gold Rush days who lived as a man.
