‘Life Line Screening’
Gilroy residents can reduce their risk of having a stroke by attending a “Life Line Screening” at the Gilroy Presbyterian Church, 6000 Miller Ave., on Thursday, beginning at 9am.
Cost is $109 for a complete vascular screening package, including the stroke/carotid artery, abdominal aortic aneurysm and ankle brachial index (hardening of the arteries).
For $139 participants will get the complete vascular screening package and the osteoporosis screening.
Space is limited so pre-registration is required.

A “Holistic Health Seminar” will be held on Saturday, May 21, from 10:30am to 5pm at J/L Ranch, 8450 Leavesley Road in Gilroy.

Several speakers will be featured on a variety of topics including herbs used by the American Indian and self-awareness of a soul collage.
