Web-based screening tools on the rise

GILROY – California Business Builders announces the formation of a new subsidiary, Assessment Leaders.com, which provides the most advanced web-based assessments for the life cycle of employees. Employers using these assessments will see a reduction of employee turnover, increased performance and productivity and more satisfied employees.

Assessment Leaders.com helps companies attract retain and advance their top performers with a powerful suite of “Assess 4 Success” products. These assessments include tools for pre-employment, employee development, job matching, performance and sales indicators, teamwork, customer service, management, retention, succession and career coaching.

“In order to maximize our focus in this market and better serve our customers and network partners, we centralized these assessment tools under one business unit with a separate dedicated staff and Web site,” said David W. Light, CEO and founder of Business Builders. “By helping companies match the right person to the right position, they end up with a more satisfied and productive employee and less employee turnover. It’s a winning solution for all.”
