Services: The newest women’s only fitness club. We offer all workout equipment with a cardio section, full of treadmills and ellipticals. We have an abs section with a few different ways to work on your abs. We have a lower body and upper body section, we also offer PACE circuit. We have amazing classes as well, from Yoga to Zumba. We have two brand new state of the art group classrooms. We run our fitness center like a spa, we want our women to feel comfortable and welcome.

History: Opened in Feb. of 2010. Our grand opening will be the first week of August. Our goal for our grand opening is to honor our current members and bring in as many new faces as possible to tour our facility. We will be having daily prizes and discounted memberships for new members.
Philosophy: We care about the health of our members and want them to be happy in their bodies. We want to help polish our beautiful members ’til they shine. Providing the encouragement to keep going and congratulations on their achievements.
