City officials are mulling a $100,000 traffic study for Welburn Avenue in Gilroy.

The terms for both seats end Dec. 31, 2014.

The Building Board of Appeals is a five-member board comprised of four persons with experience and training needed to address building and construction matters and one community member.

The board, which meets as needed, hears all building appeals set forth by the city charter and shall conduct all appeals hearings, according to the city.

Interviews will be conducted by the Gilroy City Council at 6 p.m. on June 6 at the City Hall Council Chambers.

Applications are available through the City of Gilroy website www.cityofgilroy.org and at the administration area of City Hall.

The deadline to apply is Tuesday, May 31 at 5 p.m., according to the city.

Applications can be submitted to City Clerk Shawna Freels at City Hall at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA, 95020.
