â–  NO! It is very disturbing to think that some of our city leaders may be so out of touch with the current economic realities to even consider such an action. Yogi Berra said it best ” … they’re beating a dead horse to death!”

â–  Hmmm… tough one. No. The developers earned their slots in a competitive and costly process.

â–  YES. Placing a timing cap on permits makes them more valuable to act upon.

â–  Yes! The city depends on those development fees to keep the city going. If developers choose not to use them in a reasonable amount of time they should be put back into the RDO so other developers can have the opportunity to use them.
