â– Yes, as a volunteer in policing (VIP) I know first-hand that GPD is maximizing its efforts to combat gang violence.
â– Yes! It is such a difficult job, I believe the Gilroy PD is doing more than most people realize.
â– Yes. They can only do their best. The problem is so widespread, it’s difficult to completely wipe it out.
â– I think the police department is doing everything they can. I have seen an increase in patrols. Everyone in the community needs to do something positive to end the violence!
â– No, but unfortunately I believe they are playing out of their league.
â– No. This issue has obviously been off the radar for awhile.
