Morgan Hill house cleaned out
Morgan Hill – A Morgan Hill woman returned from an out-of-town vacation Friday to find her La Mar Drive four-bedroom house empty of everything including the furniture.
Morgan Hill Police Lt. Terrie Booten said it was most likely a domestic case since the woman’s husband was arrested recently.
“The in-laws don’t think she should be living in the house,” Booten said. “They resent him being arrested. This is not just your garden variety theft.”
On Monday, Lt. Joe Sampson said the theft was indeed a civil case and a burglary report was not filed.
