Determined to remain free, a dog roaming a neighborhood near Los Arroyos Park evades Cpl. Geoff Guerin and his catch pole Tuesday afternoon. The dog successfully eluded police on four separate occasions following calls from concerned residents at 11:25am, 2pm, 4:08pm and again at 5:45pm.
