Survived by wife Debi; proud father to Jared and Spencer Clapham and daughter Cayla Clapham; brothers David, Steven and Vincent Clapham; three nieces, four nephews, cousins, extended family, and Probation family.
 Duane worked as a Probation Counselor for Santa Clara County for over 26 years. He was a dear friend, caring brother, uncle, cousin, loving father and husband. He was a gentle giant with a kind soul and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
 A Memorial Service will be held at Crossroads Christian Center, 145 Wright Ave, Morgan Hill, CA on Sat, Sept. 1, 2012, at 1:00P.M., with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice
