The owners of China Palace, who also have a location in Morgan Hill, said their lease at the Gilroy location was up and that they no longer occupy the building.
WHERE: Behind the former location of China Palace Restaurant, located in Suite A on 353 E. 10th St.
PROBLEM: Consistent mess at the two trash bins behind the building.
