Dear Editor,
Before reading Mr. Fennel’s article I had, just this morning,
come across the Web site of a Gilroy citizen that screamed for
relief from boom car noise. She is not alone.
Dear Editor,

These rolling misapplied theater sound systems strip good citizens of their quality of life, greatly damages their health, negatively impact real estate values and invites crime into neighborhoods. The upside to boom car noise? Only one; it lets the police know exactly where the incorrigibles, thugs, and criminals are.
There is no excuse for letting so many suffer when filling the city coffers with noise-related fines would be like shooting fish in a barrel.
Before this month is over, begin restoring the domestic tranquility that your subscribers and constituents need and deserve. Please, either help lower the boom or publish an article explaining the rationale and incentive in letting disrespectful morons befoul your home?
