Get ready for a real racket in Garlic City

Gilroy – The Garlic Tennis Tournament, named “Tournament of the Year” by the USTA last year, returns this weekend on July 9-11 with play taking place at three locations around Gilroy. Players will compete at Las Animas Park, Gilroy High School and Gavilan College, with Las Animas Park being the main site for the finals.

Some 175 local participants will be trying to make it to the finals in 17 different divisions.
