Dear Editor,
I’m a sophomore, and I seriously believe that Gilroy High School

dancing as a type of sexual gesture, but it is just a type of
dance.
Dear Editor,
I’m a sophomore, and I seriously believe that Gilroy High School is being too strict. It might as well be a private school. I understand that some adults may come across “freak” dancing as a type of sexual gesture, but it is just a type of dance.
Honestly, would you rather have your child having fun dancing on a Friday night or out drinking at a party and doing things you can only imagine. Parents and administration these days have NO idea what really goes on at high school parties. They should stop worrying about the petty little things and actually worry about something important.
Our school, is making all these sudden rules, banning words, banning a type of dancing? Stop treating us like little soldiers and let us have the fun the administration says we are supposed to have during school. Gilroy High needs to get a grip on reality and stop trying to make it an ideal place to be.
