a.m. Sunday near the 700 block of First Street for indecent
exposure.
Gilroy resident Gilberto Perez Loza, 50, was arrested at 9:44 a.m. Sunday near the 700 block of First Street for indecent exposure.
According to the Gilroy Police Department the reporting party stated they witnessed a male masturbating inside of a vehicle. Police say when Loza began to drive away from the area, the reporting party followed Loza’s vehicle and provided Loza’s information and whereabouts to the GPD.
Police say officers conducted a traffic stop on Loza’s vehicle, then arrested him for indecent exposure.
