Helen Louise Roma died Wednesday, April 28, 2004, after a
lingering illness. She was 74.

Mrs. Roma was born on February 26, 1930 to W.R. and Ruth Olson, in Olaf, Montana.
In 1947 she married Anthony Roma of Shawmut Montana, and a year later the couple had William, the first of four children, followed by Carolyn in 1950.
Shortly thereafter they moved to San Jose, where son Theodore was born followed by a daughter, Debra.
In 1973 the family moved to their current residence in San Martin. Helen spent most of her life as a housewife, raising her family, but did work for a number of years as a postal carrier.
She is survived by her husband, and four children mentioned above, along with six grand-children and three great-grandchildren.
