The grants for up to $100,000 will be awarded for projects that include rehabilitation of single family residences, adaptive use of historic buildings for housing, creation of upper-floor apartments in Main Street communities, or restoration of Save America’s Treasures sites that continue to have residential use.
Six to 12 grants will be awarded.
