To my fellow Californians, isn’t is great to know that our lame-duck, pending recall governor just signed into law the tripling of our vehicle license fees?

So, if my calculation is correct, a renewal license tag that cost for example $125 last year, will now cost you $375. Let’s all give a big thanks to the Democratic-Socialist party for pushing this through. Has your income tripled as well? I doubt it.

The average taxpayer in this state is being bled dry by politicians who only care about their political careers and to Hades with the tax paying public. I urge all readers of The Dispatch to e-mail your state representatives and senators and let them know how you feel about getting the shaft in the pocketbook once again – not by 3 percent but by 300 percent. Maybe it’s time for a Boston Tea Party to be held in California.
