 Passed peacefully on March 8, 2013 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Esther M. Carlow of 17 years. Devoted step-father of four. Cherished grandfather of six and great-grandfather of two. Loving brother of Jean Hayes and Gail Welkley. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Worked for Lockheed for 34 years. Korean War Veteran, member of the American Legion and VFW. James was an avid environmentalist.
