27 at Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy. Jennie was 92 years
old.
Jennie “Nona” Benetti of San Andreas passed away after a short illness on Nov. 27 at Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy. Jennie was 92 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Frank “Nono” Benetti.
Nona was born in Pueblo, Colo. on April 30, 1910. She is survived by her loving sister Mary and husband Mark Riese of Santa Maria, her daughter Marie and son-in-law Ed Perkins of Gilroy and her son Frank and daughter-in-law Karen Benetti of Healdsburg; grandchildren Lori Brown of Gilroy; Rob and Bronwyn Perkins of Chico; Angie and Mike Cave and Pam and Mark Lorence of Windsor; and nine loving great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at noon on Saturday, Dec. 7 at Saint Andrews Catholic Church, San Andreas. The family respectfully requests, in lieu of flowers or cards a memorial contribution be made in Jennie Benetti’s name to: Saint Louise Regional Hospital, Transitional Care Unit, 9400 No Name Uno, Gilroy, CA 95020. They would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Saint Louise Regional Hospital, Transitional Level Care Unit (TLC) for their loving and thoughtful care during the last nine weeks of their beloved mother’s life.
