Maloney’s net 26 leads second flight for Niners
GILROY – The Gavilan Niners held their July Ace Day on July 31st at the Gavilan Golf Course in Gilroy. Ace for July was Ann Maloney, Gilroy net 26, she also was 1st in the second flight. First in the 1st flight was Anita Sciutto, Capitola, net 30. Second in the second flight was Birgit Caparusso, Gilroy, net 31 and third was Teri Swan, Morgan Hill, net 34. Low putts was Nina Kimoto, Watsonville with 16. The Gavilan Niners participated in short course at Blackberry Golf Course on July 11th. Carol Navarez, Morgan Hill came in second in her flight and Irene Rodriguez came in third in her flight.
