Junior College Football: Gav’s Ellis named NCFA Offensive Player of the Week

Northern California Football Association has named Gavilan quarterback Nate Ellis its Offensive Player of the Week.
Ellis threw for was 28 for 36 for 431 yards and five touchdowns in the Rams’ 61-55 OT win over West Hills-Coalinga Saturday. He also picked up 40 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
Gavilan is on a bye this week, but will be back in action at 6 p.m. on Oct. 19 at Monterey Peninsula College.
