Blair art collection
MONTEREY – The Monterey Museum of Art will exhibit works from the Blair collection of Bay Area Abstract expressionism from Aug. 7 to Nov. 7. Titled “San Francisco and the Second Wave,” the exhibit of primarily large-scale oil, acrylic and mixed media paintings highlights the works of a group of San Francisco artists committed to the core aims of abstract expressionism.
