Dear Editor,
None of the people fighting over Barry Bond’s 700th home run
ball should have it. Courts are so backed up with cases that this
should not even be considered. Such a lawsuit is a waste of court
time and taxpayer’s money. It’s frivolous greed.

None of the people fighting over Barry Bond’s 700th home run ball should have it. Courts are so backed up with cases that this should not even be considered. Such a lawsuit is a waste of court time and taxpayer’s money. It’s frivolous greed.

Who’s the winner? – each attorney involved.

The option should be to return the ball back to Mr. Bonds and/or auction it off with the proceeds going to charity.
