Tuskegee Airman to speak
A Tuskegee Airman who valiantly flew on bomber-escort missions
in Europe during World War II and became a POW when he was shot
down will speak at the Morgan Hill Buddhist Community Center, 16450
Murphy Ave., at 11 a.m., Feb. 16. The event, open to public, is
sponsored by a group of Japanese-American veterans who
distinguished themselves while serving with additional segregated
units in Europe and in the Pacific. Light lunch will be served.
