Chris Felice went 3-for-5 and scored three runs as Los Amigos finished the half with a 4-2 mark in the balanced C circuit. Los Amigos and California Silk Screening shared the top spot and will break the tie on Monday June 12 with a 7:40pm showdown at Christmas Hill Park.

Manuel Juarez homered in a 4-for-5 night and Ian Hanley added a two-run poke for Rhino Wiring.

Kenny Hopf went 5-for-5 and scored five runs to help California Silk Screening past Pro Electric 33-6. Jim Sands added five hits and scored five runs. Bobby Lopez singled and doubled in a 16-run fourth frame. Eddie Adame went 3-for-3 for Pro Electric.

Gabe Duenas and Donnie Gooding each went 4-for-5 as the Las Animas Sweepers upset 3-3 Stubby’s Sports Bar & Grill 26-8. Roy Alba provided two singles in a seven-run fourth inning for Stubby’s.

Men’s CC

Feather Haven Mill earned the first-half Men’s CC League crown at 6-0 by outlasting Temple Inland 21-8 Monday at Las Animas.

Brian Sullivan and Albert Alosi socked Feather Haven Mill home runs. Brett Scott went 4-for-5 and Kris Ferguson scored four times for the winners. Art Mancera went 4-for-5, David Signorotti ripped a single, double and triple for Temple Inland. Serf Mancera added three hits and scored three runs for Temple Inland.

Jus 2 Party finished the half at 5-1 in the Gilroy Community Services Department adult softball program by topping Going Somewhere 23-15 Monday at Gavilan Sports Park.

Mike Howe homered and singled as Jus 2 Party struck for 12 runs in the second inning. Alex Salgado went 4-for-5 and Jimmy Tomasetti homered for the Party. Eric Brem stroked a home run, double and single for Going Somewhere. Jack Boniface scored three runs, Mark Ferguson and Richard Towner collected three Going hits apiece.

The NAPA Slammers completed the half at 4-2 by defeating VFW Vets 37-16. Toby Reyes went 5-for-5, Anthony Gonzalez went 4-for-6 and scored four runs, Joe Duran homered for the Slammers. Danny Melendez went 4-for-5 with a homer, while Oscar Aispuro singled and homered in an eight-run fifth for the VFW Vets.

Co-Rec B

Dequin’s Auto Body-Stubby’s Sports Bar & Grill trimmed Pacific Coast Bail Bonds 8-6 Sunday to claim the first-half Co-Rec B League title at Christmas Hill.

Clint Wheeler and Chip Beardsley each singled and doubled to lead Dequin-Stubby to a 5-0 mark and two-game lead with one game to play in the half. Richie Rodriquez and Art Escamilla each managed three hit for 3-2 Pacific Coast Bail Bonds.
