Dear Editor,
Here’s what I want your newspaper delivery people to do: I want them to deliver papers even when there is no clear, accessible place to deliver them.
If necessary, I want them to walk to the back of the house, or the side porch, or anywhere else the customer decrees as “safe” and “accessible.”
Please don’t let your customers become “victims” simply because they have no easy place to put the paper. “The customer is always right” ya know?
If it takes too much time, you’ll simply need to hire more delivery people.
