As a former Gilroyan and an Army veteran of 22 years I am saddened to hear of this brave young man’s sacrifice. Although I never had the privilege of knowing Jeramy Ailes, I have known many soldiers like him; dedicated, committed, and willing to give their all for their beliefs.
My condolences to the Ailes family. There is a Web site that is dedicated to those military men and women that have lost their lives in Iraq.
