Julie Zera and Greg Rowley were married Dec. 6, 2003.
Zera is the daughter of Bonnie and Joseph Zera and is currently teaching in Gilroy.
Greg is the son of Judi and Jim Rowley and is an accountant with the firm Price/Waterhouse/Coopers.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Oahu Beneath the warmth of the Hawaiian sun. They have made their home in Gilroy.
Richard and Joanne Corona are pleased to announce the engagement of their middle son, Matthew Richard, to Melanie Brooke Arner of Sonoma.
Matt and Melanie were engaged Nov. 24, 2002. they will be married at Terra Cielo in Glen Ellen July 3, 2004.
Matt’s brothers, Luke and Richard, will be serving as the best men, and longtime family friend and wrestling coach, Oscar “Rusty” Trevino will be a groomsman.
Melanie’s sisters, Sally and Megan, will serve as maids of honor. She also will be attended by her dear friend Liz Clausen. Matt’s niece, Madison Nicole, will participate as the flower girl. The couple is to be married by a dear friend, John O’Neill. Father O’Neill was ordained through the Universal Life Church for the event. Matt graduated from Gilroy High School in 1994 and from CSU-Bakersfield in 1999. He currently teaches physical education and coaches wrestling and freshman-sophomore football at W.C. Overfelt High School in San Jose.
Melanie graduated from Sonoma Valley High School in 1995 and from Sonoma State University with a masters degree in English literature in 2002. She is currently working at Cordevalle Golf Club while she works to earn a teaching credential.
The couple resides in Gilroy with their two dogs, Tyson and Daisy.
Lynette Belinda Madrigal and Mark R. Lopez Jr. have annouced their engagement to be married.
The future bride is the daughter of Salvador and Dolores Madrigal of San Martin. She graduated from Live Oak High School and is employed by the Santa Clara County Court System.
The future groom is the son of Mark and Ruth Lopez of San Jose. He graduated from Belleramine College Prep and is currently empolyed by Dominquez and Sons Trucking Inc.
The couple plans a September wedding.
