Dear Editor,
The City of Gilroy is NOT building homes fast enough – the only way we’re going to attract a Whole Foods Market is to build homes for college-educated, upper-middle class and upper-class people (who characteristically are more inclined to purchase higher-priced ORGANIC, non-pesticide, non-antibiotic, “healthy” foods) so as to meet Whole Foods’ demographics.
