Upstairs the Jazz Bird band will play from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. At midnight, party favors and champagne will be passed out to kick off the new year. Upstairs party is $100 per person.
Downstairs, until 9 p.m. those who like can enjoy a quiet new year’s eve in the company of piano music at regular price (12.50 to 28 dollars for meal). Details: 846-8880.
Claddagh Restaurant:
Claddagh Restaurant will feature live entertainment by the band Ten Til Two, which begins at 9:30. They are a cover band, with music from many different artists. (Matchbox twenty, ect.) Party favors at midnight. No cover charge. The regular menu and a new year’s dinner special menu will be available. After the kitchen closes at ten o’clock, only 21 and up, please. Details: 848-5050.
Tasso Old House:
Tasso Old House will have music live by the Four Fathers band, starting at 8 p.m. They will play salsa music for dancing during dinner. No cover charge. Packaged menu of $50 per person includes the main course, appetizers, midnight champange, party favors, dessert and coffee. Other drinks are not included in package.
