Robert Evans Anderson

Longtime Hollister businessman and civic leader, Bob Anderson, died peacefully at home on Monday, April 6, 2009. He was 81 years. Bob was a native of Ross (Marin County),California, and graduated from Tamalpais High in Mill Valley. He saw duty in the U.S. Navy at the tail end of World War II and spent many years in the naval reserves, retiring as an ensign. He attended College of Marin and completed a B.S. in statistics at the University of Oregon in 1949, where he was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity.

Patricia M. Clark

Patty Clark, age 82, of Gilroy, CA, passed away Monday July 13. A long time resident of Gilroy you could always see her with a smile on her face in a big red Cadillac with her little Poodle by her side. She was a friend to everyone and enjoyed life to it's fullest. You could often find Patty walking the neighborhood with her dog while chatting with the neighbors. She was also a world class shopper. A loving wife, great mom or Grammie, plus a loyal friend to many. Preceded in death by her husband Bill, sister June and brother Marlin. She is survived by her brother Dale of Rockford, IL, daughter Phyllis Schaefer of Bronxville, NY, son Bill Clark, Jr. of Gulf Breeze, FL, and two grandchildren Jessica and Amanda. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in her name.
