Laurel Elleen Wells passed away on January 23, 2012 at the age of 92, in Hollister, CA. Laurel was born to Charles Ray Terpening and Estella Mae Benne in Morrowville, KS. She had three sisters and two brothers: Thelma May Sothan, Norma Ardath Frager, Charles Lloyd Terpening, Vance Benne Terpening who predeceased her, and Lillace Carol Tegethoff who lives in Morrowville, KS.

Council OKs sewer rate hikes
