I would like to suggest that we name the new elementary school
in honor of John Wentworth. He was killed in his second tour of
duty in Vietnam. He also volunteered for the second tour, as I
recall.

I would like to suggest that we name the new elementary school in honor of John Wentworth. He was killed in his second tour of duty in Vietnam. He also volunteered for the second tour, as I recall.
His mother, Marg, worked for the school district and was a valued employee all those years. His dad was a city councilman and worked as a heavy equipment operator. They are a great family and I believe they would would be honored to have their son remembered by naming a school in his honor.
