Olivet (Jiggy) Patricia Martin passed away last Friday in Hollister at the age of 89.
Born in Hollister and lived here all her life. She had worked for Fairview Cannery for several years until her retirement.
She was predeceased by her husband, Samuel J. Martin, Sr., daughter, Bernice Lopes, sister, Angie Bravo Valenzuela, brothers, Robert and Thomas Flores.
Olivet is survived by her son, Samuel J. Martin, Jr. of Salinas, brothers, Gene Flores of Fresno and Francis Flores of Hollister. Also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services with rosary will be held on Friday, December 10th, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home in Hollister.
Contributions are preferred to the Genie Flores Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of the funeral home.
