Gilroy.
Orville Blythe, age 81, passed away Monday, Nov. 18, 2002 in Gilroy.
Mr. Blythe was a native of Macomb, Okla. He was an Air Force fighter pilot during World War II and was a member of the American Legion.
Mr. Blythe was the loving husband of Vera Blythe of Morgan Hill; dear father of Scherri Werner of Redding and the late Larry Blythe; grandfather of Kristi Vicario of Redding and the late Kimberly Blythe; great-grandfather of Domonic and Giavanna Vicario of Redding; and brother of Myrtle Rittenhouse of Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and an abundance of friends.
Memorial services will be Friday, Nov. 22 at 11 a.m. at the Gilroy First Baptist Church, 8455 Wren Ave. Arrangements made by Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
