As you lay there suffering And gasping for breath Oh, Oh, here
they come

Obama’s Panel of Death.

Dear Editor,

As you lay there suffering

And gasping for breath

Oh, Oh, here they come

“Obama’s Panel of Death.”

It’s they who decide

In your final hours

To give you treatment

Or just send you flowers.

This is just so wrong

And so totally absurd

To lead people astray

With these untrue words.

But praise those HMO’s

Who demand that you pay,

But when you need help

They just run away.

Is your government run

By the lobbyist’s finance

So all the drug companies

Can keep, their hands in your pants?

So stop trying to spin it

With the word “Socialize.”

The solution is there

If we just open our eyes.

Let them wear the skirts

Dear Editor,

No one ever said life was fair. Certain things come to those who earn them. When you purchase cheerleader skirts, they come in one length. This is ridiculous to compare everyday wear to cheerleaders skirts. You do realize they wear special undergarments under those skirts. First you take away their right to travel to Hawaii for the Pro Bowl, now you want to control the length of their skirts. Get over it!

Let’s keep the dress code classy

Dear Editor,

Schools in the ’50s and ’60s had children and teens dress like boys and girls and they were modest. I think the school doing away with clothing restrictions and modest attire has ruined the attitudes of the children. If it were me, their skirts would be only six inches above the knees and they would look like ladies and not hookers.
