Gilroy police arrests

Narcotics possession

Miguel Angel Macias Jr., 20, of San Jose, 11:31 p.m. Monday, near the intersection of Lewis and Alexander streets for possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics for sale.

Minor driving under the influence

Samantha Corinne Dingivan, 20, of the 12100 block of Steffs Court in San Martin, 12:23 a.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Masten Avenue and Monterey Road for driving under the influence and being a minor who was driving under the influence.

Petty theft with priors

Mary Isabel Herrera, 39, of the 3800 block of Ferguson Road, 1:19 p.m. Saturday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo, for petty theft with prior convictions and on warrants for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, petty theft with prior convictions, driving without a license, falsely identifying herself to a peace officer and second-degree burglary. She was listed on Gilroy’s Most Wanted for burglarly.

Domestic battery

Frank Ysidro Layva, 38, of the 900 block of Monte Bello Drive, 11:33 a.m. Friday, at 930 Third St. for domestic battery and threatening to commit a crime.

Ray Albert Ramos, 25, of the 7800 block of Driftwood Terrace, 2:38 p.m. Tuesday, at his residence on a warrant.

Driving under the influence

Marco Antonio Pineda Garfios, 21, of San Juan Bautista, 10:22 p.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and Crawford Street for driving under the influence and driving without a license and on a warrant for driving under the influence.

Israel Puente Rodriguez, 26, of Rosanna Street, 12:44 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Welburn Avenue and Monterey Road.

Public intoxication

Craig Weldon Fisher, 29, of Aromas, 1:50 a.m. Monday, at the Hilton Garden Inn, 6070 Monterey Road.
