Kathy Mae Martinez, 45, of the 7300 block of Monterey Street, 8:14 p.m. Tuesday, at her residence on a warrant.
Marcos Mendoza Rascon, 49, transient, 6:19 p.m. Tuesday, near the intersection of West 10th and Eigleberry streets on one count and on warrants for two additional counts.
Steven Michael Garcia, 20, of the 10300 block of New Avenue in San Martin, 11:55 p.m. Tuesday, near the intersection of Kern Avenue and Mantelli Drive.
A 16-year-old male from San Jose, whose name police withheld because he was a minor, 3:29 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Leavesley and Monterey roads.
Joe Arthur Guerrero, 47, of the 600 block of Broadway, 9:20 a.m. Saturday, near the intersection of First Street and Wren Avenue on warrants for violating Gilroy’s open container law, stealing a utility service, and four counts of public intoxication.
Under influence of controlled substance
Fabian Eredia Renteria, 26, of the 7200 block of Eigleberry Street, 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, near the intersection of Howson Street and Monterey Road on a warrant.
Driving without a license
Michael Steven Kroeger, 46, of the 1200 block of Cypress Court, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at his residence on a warrant.
John Robert Clapp, 29, of Lathrop, 9:58 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and Monte Bello Drive.
Parole hold
Robert Taylor McDuff, 25, transient, 2:41 p.m. Tuesday, at 7860 Driftwood Terrace.
Ramon Joseph Aguilar, 42, of the 200 block of Martin Avenue, 12:50 a.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Forest and Martin streets for parole hold, giving false information to a peace officer and possession of a controlled substance.
Reckless driving
Martin Lopez Sanchez, 23, of Hollister, 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, at the San Benito County Jail on a warrant for reckless driving and immigration hold
Vandalism
A 13-year-old male, whose name and address police withheld because he is a minor, 1 p.m. Saturday, on the 8200 block of Monterey Avenue. The boy threw a rock at the windshield of a vehicle.
Possession of burglary tools
Francisco Javier Trejo, 20, of Hollister, 2:36 a.m. Friday, at Motel 6, 6110 Monterey Road.
Raul Adrian Ramirez, 18, of Hollister, 2:36 a.m. Friday, at Motel 6, 6110 Monterey Road for possession of burglary tools and driving without a license.
Methamphetamine possession
Patricia Silva Delgado, 47, of Watsonville, 12:18 a.m. Monday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and First Street for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
Other GPD incidents
Assault
Two Hispanic males were standing at 8160 Fourth St. when three unknown subjects attacked them, 8:24 p.m. Sunday. The suspects fled in southbound direction.
Grand theft
An unloaded revolver was stolen from the trunk of an unlocked vehicle parked on the 400 block of IOOF Avenue, between 9 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday.
A 19-inch LCD television and a DVD player, total value of $480, were stolen from Target, 6705 Camino Arroyo, 7:55 p.m. Saturday.
Petty theft
An iPod and 30 CDs were stolen from an unlocked 2005 Chevrolet Suburban parked on the 7000 block of Rosanna Street, between 11:50 p.m. Saturday and 10 p.m. Sunday.
A purse was stolen from the bar area of Chili’s Grill and Bar, 850 Renz Lane, 7 p.m. Friday.
Vandalism and trespassing
A residence on the 9200 block of Solano Drive was broken into and a suspect or suspects drank and smoked in it, between 4 p.m. Dec. 8 and 9 a.m. Saturday.
Vehicle burglary
A silver stereo was stolen from the dashboard of a 1995 Acura Integra parked at Kohl’s, 6765 Camino Arroyo, between 9 and 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
An iPod charger and a pack of cigarettes were stolen from a vehicle parked on the 800 block of Renz Lane, 1:50 and 8:30 p.m. Sunday. The suspect or suspects pried the driver-side window to get into the car and tried to take a stereo, but ended up only damaging it.
Gift cards and an ash tray full of change were stolen from a 1999 Toyota Camry parked on the 6700 block of Princevalle Street, between 9 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.
A CD player was stolen from a 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup parked at Gilroy Ford Lincoln Mercury, 6290 Monterey St., between 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday.
