Arturo Montes Leon, 34, of the 8200 block of Kelton Drive, 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, at his residence for domestic battery and threatening to harm another person.

Driving without a license

Victorino Gomez, 29, of the 500 block of Stoney Court, 9 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Martin and Chestnut streets on a warrant.

False representation

Alma Rosa Lopez Ortiz, 20, of the 7700 block of Eigleberry Street, 11:49 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Gunnera Lane and Banyan Street for false self-representation to a peace officer.

Public intoxication

Victor Viveros, 23, of the 100 block of Southgate Court, 10:26 p.m. Wednesday, near his residence for public intoxication.

Edmundo Ar Olvera, 22, of the 15000 block of Colombet Avenue in San Martin, 2:47 a.m. Thursday, near the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St.

Mayra Salazar, 22, of Watsonville, 11:41 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Gunnera Lane and Banyan Street.

Driving under the influence

Cesar Daniel Aquino, 24, of the 500 block of Stoney Court, 9 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Martin and Forest streets for driving under the influence and driving without a license.

Julio Cesar Lopez, 24, of the 800 block of El Cerrito Way, 7:48 p.m. Thursday, near the intersection of El Cerrito Way and Wren Avenue for driving under the influence and driving without a license.

Parole hold

Taneka Becerra, 28, transient, 12:16 p.m. Thursday, at 7390 Rosanna St. for parole hold. Becerra was one of Gilroy’s Most Wanted.

Possession of an inhalant

Ronald J. Speights, 56, of San Juan Bautista, 4 p.m. Thursday, at 7900 Camino Arroyo on a warrant for possession of toluene – a clear liquid that helps give paint thinner its smell – for the purpose of using it as an inhalant.
