Public intoxication
– Julio Cesar Victoria-Sanchez, 34, of the 400 block of Fairview Drive, 2:17 p.m. Monday, outside his residence.
Felony vandalism
n Ben James Boggs, 25, of San Jose, 10:48 p.m. Monday, near the intersection of Ninth and Hanna streets for felony vandalism.
Other GPD incidents
Assault
– Eight females, some or all of whom were dressed in red hooded sweatshirts, assaulted a 21-year-old female victim at 286 Farrell Ave. between 9:30 p.m. Monday and 1:39 a.m. Tuesday.
Auto burglary
– An iPod and a work cell phone, valued at $370 and $100 respectively, were stolen from the passenger seat of a black 2003 Honda CRV parked outside 7217 Carmel St., between 11 p.m. Friday and 9:15 a.m. Saturday. The suspect or suspects gained entry by breaking the passenger side window, causing $200 in damage.
Grand theft
– An A-frame street sign, which stands on its own and is valued at $600, was stolen from Marie La Beau Studio, 314 First St., between 6 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday.
n An I Love Lucy Clock worth $75, a Marlboro man clock worth $195, two cookie jars worth $270 and a 1939 Fantasa Bowl worth $495 were stolen from Garbo’s Antique Mall, 7517 Monterey St., between 6 p.m. Oct. 24 and 11 a.m. Monday. The various items were stolen from the shop while it was open.
