Burglary
Brittany Janelle Broadstreet, 20, of Hollister, 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at 200 E. 10th St. for burglary and possession of burglary tools.
Frank Tadoa Shimabukuro, 41, transient, 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at 200 E. 10th St. for burglary and possession of burglary tools.
Driving without a license
Rudolfo Bautista Robles, 42, of the 600 block of East Street, 12:42 a.m. Thursday, at 7250 East St. for driving without a license and falsely representing himself to a police officer.
OTHER GPD INCIDENTS
Bicycle theft
A Mongoose bicycle was stolen from 7290 Forest St., 12:30 a.m. Thursday. The suspect or suspects cut the lock that attached the bike to the handrail of the stairs leading to the victim’s apartment.
Petty theft
Two Hispanic males took two 30-packs of Tecate beer from Smart and Final, 250 E. 10th St., 2:49 p.m. Wednesday. Witnesses said both suspects were in their 20s and had brown hair. In addition, at least one of the suspects had brown eyes.
A Hispanic male took 3 packs of Gillette Fusion razor blades from Rite Aid, 360 E. 10th St., 3:34 p.m. Wednesday. Witnesses described the suspect as in his late 20s, about five-foot, seven-inches and 150 pounds with brown hair and black eyes
Attempted vehicle theft
A man in a white pullover hooded sweatshirt tried to steal a 1999 GMC Jimmy from the storage yard of All Pro Towing yard, near the intersection of Obata Way and Southside Drive, 7:19 p.m. Wednesday. Witnesses describe the man as five-foot, six-inches and 140 pounds.
Possible shots fired
Police responded to a report of shots fired near the intersection of Muraoka and Nagareda drives. Two vehicles were in area but no involved parties were identified.
SHERIFF INCIDENTS
Petty theft
A 15-gallon passion vine valued at $80 was stolen from Nursery Outlet, 13635 Sycamore Ave., in San Martin, between 4 p.m. Oct. 31 and 4 p.m. Nov. 1. The suspect cut a nearby fence, causing $120 in damage, to gain entry. It was the third theft at the nursery in three days.
