-Victor Hernandez, 29, July 14 at 8:46 p.m. near the intersection of Church Street and Gurries Drive for battery on former spouse or fiancé.
Resisting arrest

-Gerald Reynolds, 34, July 15 at 11:51 a.m. near the Garlic Farm for first degree burglary, violations for revocation, false personation exposing the victim and felony committed after having been released from custody.
-Jesus Cota, 28, July 14 at 12:21 p.m. on the 7600 block of Alexander Street for selling or aiding in selling stolen property, having a parole hold and for possession of controlled substances.
DUI
-Bruno Solis, 34, July 12 at 10:53 p.m. near the intersection of Old Gilroy Street and Railroad Avenue for failing to provide evidence of insurance, being an unlicensed driver and driving under the influence with a BAC of 0.08 or higher.
-David Corchado, 49, July 13 at 12:12 p.m. on the 7300 block of Monterey Road for excessive blood alcohol, refusal to take chemical testing, possession of an open alcoholic beverage while driving, driving with a non functional ignition, driving with a BAC of 0.01 or more while on probation, driving when privilege suspended or revoked for refusing chemical test or driving with excessive blood alcohol, suspended license and driving with a BAC of 0.08 or higher.
-Jose Maciaslopez, 31, July 14 at 12:54 a.m. on the 8100 block of Westwood Drive for driving under the influence with a BAC of 0.08 and being an unlicensed driver.
