Probation violation

Rafael Marquez, 28, of the 1300 block of Third Street, 5:22 p.m. Monday, for failure to move out of his apartment, resisting arrest and probation violation

Battery

Carl Hays, 33, of the 7000 block of Wren Avenue, 9:33 p.m. Monday, at his residence.

Assault with a deadly weapon

Sean Barragan, 28, transient, 4:03 p.m. Tuesday, at 8100 Camino Arroyo for battery and assault with a deadly weapon.

Weapon possession

Rene Vargas, 24, of the 200 block of Farrell Avenue, 11:34 a.m. Tuesday, on warrants for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of fireworks without a permit, possession of a weapon without a permit, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Petty theft

Graciela Bu, 33, of the 6000 block of Johnson Way, 4:04 p.m. Tuesday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo.

Under influence of controlled substance

Christopher Wells, 36, of the 5400 block of Pacheco Pass Highway, 9:01 p.m. Tuesday, near the intersection of Welburn Avenue and Monterey Street on warrants for being under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

Other GPD incidents

Residential burglary

An Xbox, a Wii, a watch, jewelry and bottles containing coins were stolen from a residence on the 9200 block Jacaranda Way, between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. The suspect or suspects pried open sliding glass doors that led to the backyard.

Commercial burglary

Two laptops and a digital camera were stolen from Coldwell Banker Real Estate, 8050 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 4 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Petty theft

An iPod and a wallet were stolen from an unlocked 2005 Chevrolet Silverado parked on the 1200 block of Wagon Way, between 11 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday.
