Juana Dumagan, 38, of Los Banos, 11:30 a.m. Monday, at 10021 Pacheco Pass Highway on a warrant.

Richard Zurlo, 25, no address given, 4:45 a.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Bolsa and Monterey roads for driving under the influence after he ran into a telephone pole.

Petty Theft

Frederica Rodriguez, 31, of the 200 block of Gurries Drive, 5:55 p.m. Monday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo.

Maria Contreras, 30, of San Jose, 4:01 p.m. Monday, near the intersection of Monterey Road and First Street.

Under influence of controlled substance

Hildebrando Vargas, 24, of San Jose, 4:24 p.m. Monday, at 370 Leavesley Road.

Driving without a license

Paul Zabala, 44, of the 200 block of Sixth Street, 7:59 p.m. Tuesday, on warrants for driving without registration and driving without a license.

Assault with a deadly weapon

Kristy Vallez, 30, of the 9000 block of Severance Court, 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, at 7301 Hanna St., on a warrant. Vallez was listed as one of Gilroy’s Most Wanted.

Marijuana possession

Christopher Kenney, 25, of the 6000 block of Princevalle Street, 11:05 p.m. Tuesday, no arrest address given, for possession of marijuana and on warrants for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.

Public intoxication

Joe Chapa, 30, no address given, 3:34 a.m. Wednesday, on the 8100 block of Forest Street.

Auto burglary

The windows of a 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck, a 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe and a 1991 Toyota pickup truck, all parked on the 300 block of Leavesley Road, were smashed, 2:51 a.m. Wednesday.

A briefcase and CDs were stolen from a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe parked on the 1700 block of Mantelli Drive, between 8 and 9 p.m. Tuesday. The suspect or suspects smashed a passenger-side window to get into the vehicle.

A stereo and a phone charger were stolen from a 1994 Honda Accord parked on the 400 block of Eighth Street, between 10:15 p.m. Monday and 9:25 a.m. Tuesday.

A passenger-side window of a 2004 Saturn parked on the 6100 block of Monterey Street was smashed, between 8 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. Tuesday, but nothing was stolen.

A wallet was stolen from a 2001 GMC Sierra pickup truck parked near the intersection of West Seventh and Rosanna streets, between 11:45 and 11:55 a.m. Tuesday. The suspect or suspects smashed a passenger-side window to get into the vehicle.

A makeup bag was stolen from a 2003 Nissan Ultima parked on the 7800 block of Monterey Street, between 3:30 and 4:10 p.m. Sunday. The suspect or suspects smashed the rear passenger-side window to get into the vehicle.

A stereo was stolen from a 1991 Dodge Stratus parked on the 6100 block of Monterey Road, between 6 and 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

A day planner, a bag, a laptop, a briefcase, boots, jackets, and a global positioning device were stolen from a vehicle parked on the 2200 block of Stonecress Street, between 9 p.m. Friday and 1:29 p.m. Saturday.

An iPod and an iPod adapter were stolen from a 2007 Toyota Scion parked on the 2200 block of Stonecress Street, between 6:30 p.m. Friday and 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The suspect or suspects smashed a passenger-side window to get into the vehicle.

A stereo was stolen from a 2000 Hyundai Alantra parked on the 400 block of Mayock Road, between 7:45 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Saturday. The suspect or suspects smashed a diver-side window to get into the vehicle.

A jacket, a blanket, a pendant and an amplifier were stolen from a 1994 Dodge Intrepid parked on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo, about 9:50 p.m. Friday. The suspect or suspects smashed a passenger-side window to get into the vehicle.

A leather briefcase containing a laptop was stolen from a 2007 Acura parked near the intersection of Monterey and Fifth streets, between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m. Friday. The suspect or suspects smashed a passenger-side window to get into the vehicle.

Residential burglary

An unknown person or persons kicked in the front door of a residence on the 100 block of Fifth Street, between 10:50 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday. The person or persons then ate food and broke a mirror.
