A thief or thieves took eight tons of gravel, valued at $1,859, that was left at the intersection of Electra Court and Las Animas Avenue, between Feb. 10 and March 19.
Injury accident
A gray 2003 GMC and a bicyclist collided on the corner of Third Street and Carmel Street, 7:51 a.m. April 13. The bicyclist was transported to Saint Louise Regional Hospital and later released after being treated for minor injuries.
Stolen vehicle
A thief or thieves stole a gray 1996 Honda Accord from an apartment complex parking lot on Montebello Drive, between 10 p.m. April 12 and 2 p.m. April 13.
A thief or thieves stole a black 1997 Honda Civic from Chestnut Street, between 9 p.m. April 14 and 6:50 a.m. April 15.

Counterfeit bills
A person attempted to pass a fake $20 bill on Arroyo Circle, 5:07 p.m. April 13.
Assault
A person punched another person during an argument regarding a boyfriend on Princevalle and West 10th streets, 3 p.m. April 13.
A man made a private persons arrest against a woman for assault and locking him out of a his rental, and the woman filed a private persons arrest on the man for vandalism on Lone Deer Way, 6:59 p.m. April 13. The man accused of vandalism was taken into custody, and a warrant was requested for the woman for refusing to open the door.
A person was cited and released at Gilroy High School, 750 W. 10th St., after he or she “snapped” and attacked another person, 10:15 a.m. April 14.
During a child custody exchange, a male and female got into a verbal argument on Forest Street, 3:40 p.m. April 17. The woman said she was shoved but did not complain of pain or injury.
A woman said a person took her keys the night before when she tried to leave a residence on Wren Avenue, 5 a.m. April 18. A struggle followed and the woman was cut on her right wrist.

A thief or thieves stole a rear license plate of a maroon 2009 Honda Civic at an inn on Leavesley Road, 6:56 p.m. April 13.
A juvenile was cited and released after stealing an iPod on Thayer Court, between 3 and 8 p.m. April 12.
A minor was arrested after stealing a bottle of Malibu rum valued at $27 from Nob Hill, 777 First St., 5:09 p.m. April 15.

A thief or thieves took an iPhone charger and case from a blue 2002 Chevrolet M30 on El Dorado Drive, between 1:15 and 6:15 a.m. April 13.

A burglar or burglars broke the front passenger window of a black 1996 Toyota 4Runner parked on the ranch side of Christmas Hill Park, 7050 Miller Ave., during a baseball game and stole a maroon purse, a wallet, $300 in cash and a Sprint Rumor cell phone, between 10 and 11 a.m. April 17.
