At 9:23 p.m. Sunday the Gilroy Police Department responded to a
report of shots fired into an occupied dwelling on the 800 block of
Lilly Avenue.
At 9:23 p.m. Sunday the Gilroy Police Department responded to a report of shots fired into an occupied dwelling on the 800 block of Lilly Avenue.
It was later determined that several BBs were fired into an occupied dwelling in rapid succession but no one was injured, according to the GPD.
Police say the suspect, who is described as a Hispanic male, 5-foot, 7-inches tall weighing 180 pounds and wearing a black shirt and black pants, fled south on Monterey Road in a black compact car. The BB gun was not recovered, according to the GPD.
